Weddimi’s price, plainly
A collection invitation costs Q990 per wedding. Choose one of our three designs—Colonial romantic, Contemporary editorial or Intimate botanical—and we personalise it with your names, wording, photographs and schedule. The price is per wedding, not per guest.
If you want a visual composition beyond the collection, we prepare a bespoke design. It is priced above Q990, and we send you a written quote with scope, timeline and review rounds before we start.

- One of our three designs with your names, wording, photos and schedule.
- Guests and RSVPs
- Spanish and English, one link per household and replies in your dashboard.
- 1 year online
- 12 months from your invitation’s first publication.
- 2 rounds of adjustments
- Changes within your chosen design during that year. Our own errors do not use a round.
- Card gifts, if you want them
- Optional activation included. Transaction fees are agreed separately.
What makes a digital invitation cost more or less
When you compare options, prices tend to change for the same reasons. Check these points so you compare proposals with the same scope, not just the final figure.
- The format: an image or PDF only informs; a page with a map, schedule and RSVPs also organises.
- The design: a personalised collection design or one created from scratch for your wedding.
- Who prepares it: a tool you edit yourself or a service that prepares it with you.
- How long it stays online and how many changes are included.
- Languages, and whether each household gets a personal link.
- Whether card gifts are included and on what terms.
What to ask about separately
Some costs are not part of the invitation price. At Weddimi we explain them before we start, and we suggest asking any provider about them.
If you activate card gifts, each payment carries a processing fee. Before activation we agree on currency, charges, who covers them and how the transfer reaches your account. Additional rounds, switching designs or new features are quoted before the work. Renewal after the included year is also quoted separately.
How to request a quote you can compare
For a clear proposal, tell us your date, an approximate number of guests, the design you like, the languages you need and whether you want card gifts. We reply with a written price and scope.
