Group people as you will invite them
Before sharing, decide whether each invitation is for an individual, a couple or a family. Check names and included people. Avoid duplicate groups: two links for the same household can complicate follow-up.
Weddimi prepares personal links from the material you agree. You do not need to learn a new tool to request the first version: we can help organise your information in stages.
Choose a deadline that gives you time to act
First agree when your suppliers need the count. Allow time between the response deadline and that date to resolve questions, contact people who have not replied and review changes.
Use the same deadline in the invitation and your message. For guests outside Guatemala, try to share early enough for travel decisions. The right notice depends on your wedding and your guests.
Read your dashboard with context
Guests open their own link and RSVP through the invitation. You see responses in your wedding dashboard. Households that have not replied still need follow-up; silence is not a confirmation.
An RSVP does not prove that someone has booked flights or accommodation. If you need to coordinate those details, speak with them directly.
One reminder may be enough
Check who still needs to reply and manually send their same link. A warm message can be easier to answer than a long chain of questions. If you change the time or venue after sending, also let guests know through your contact channel.
WhatsApp follow-up is manual. Automatic reminders, seating arrangements and bulk messages are not presented as included features.
Hi Ana and Luis! We're finalising the wedding details and would love to have you there. Could you RSVP through your invitation by [date]? Here is your link again: [your personal link]. Thank you!
