Spanish and English, with the same care
With Weddimi, guests can choose Spanish or English. Agree both versions of the welcome, schedule and recommendations before sending. Check proper names and addresses so directions match.
A bilingual invitation can help even when everyone speaks Spanish: partners or relatives abroad may prefer English. The sample lets you switch ES/EN to explore both versions.
Make the place and time clear
Specify that celebration times are local to Guatemala. Include the venue name, city, address and map link; a venue name alone may not help a first-time visitor.
Write down the ceremony and reception times. If recommending hotels, transport or an early arrival, confirm details with each provider before publishing. The invitation provides information; it does not book accommodation or transport.
Separate the reply from the travel plan
Send each household its personal link and explain when you need their RSVP. Check responses in your dashboard and speak directly with guests who are still deciding.
If you need to know who requires transport or accommodation help, agree how to gather that information. Do not assume an RSVP includes bookings or entry requirements; each guest organises their trip.
For people giving from abroad
The gifts option lets guests contribute by card from the invitation. Before activating it, we confirm the currency, provider conditions and transfer to the couple's bank account.
Card acceptance also depends on the issuing bank and payment process. A bank may apply currency conversion or its own charges. We do not promise that every card or bank worldwide works or that there is one universal international fee.
- Show the contribution currency before payment.
- Agree fees and the net amount the couple receives.
- Confirm transfer timelines and a contact for issues.
