01 · The essentials
  • Names exactly as you want them displayed, chosen design and colour preferences.
  • Full date, city, country and wedding time zone.
  • Each venue's name, address and Google Maps or Waze links.
  • Schedule: name, venue and time of each event; RSVP deadline.
02 · Your words
  • A short welcome and your story: we recommend 2–4 paragraphs.
  • Dress code, advice and FAQs: plus-ones, children, transport or accommodation.
  • Tell us which sections to include or omit, and whether you want to mention family members.
  • Spanish and English text if you have it; we agree on preparing and reviewing the second version together.
03 · Your photographs

To start, we recommend 1 lead photo, 1 story photo, 4 gallery photos and 1 venue photo. This is an initial selection, not a technical maximum or a count included in every package.

  • Editorial works especially well with a lead photo. Botanical can work without photographs.
  • Gallery and story: preferably portrait. Venue and gifts: leave room for cropping.
  • Send original JPG or PNG files; convert HEIC to JPG. Ideally 1600–2400 px, at least 1200 px on the shorter side.
  • Use your own photos or ones authorised by your photographer. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and WhatsApp-compressed files. Your proposal confirms the maximum count.
04 · Gifts, if you'd like them

We recommend 3–6 experiences for an easy-to-browse selection. Contributions are voluntary: we do not sell bookings or charge a fixed experience price.

  • For each experience: a name, short description and an authorised photo, if available.
  • Currency and an optional goal amount for each gift. Each guest chooses their contribution.
  • Contact name and email for notifications; payment-provider configuration is agreed through a secure channel.
  • Invitation pricing, fees and service conditions are agreed separately in your proposal.
05 · Guests and privacy
  • List by household or invitation: names to display and assigned places.
  • Tell us who belongs together so we can prepare a personalised link for each invitation.
  • Share the list privately. Contact details are only requested when needed for the agreed delivery.
  • Email for updates and RSVPs. We review what will be public before sharing links.
06 · The final review
  • Check names, dates, times, venues and both languages.
  • Review photographs and crops on a phone and computer.
  • Try sample RSVPs and gifts with Weddimi, without making a real charge.
  • Approve the final version and publication scope before sending invitations.

Prepare a document with your text and a folder of original photos, numbered in your preferred order. Send them to Weddimi; we configure the invitation and share a review before publishing. Scope, price, final photo count and timeline follow your proposal, not this guide.
